Complaints

If you wish to make a complaint about anything relating to the school, you should speak first to the class teacher. If the complaint cannot be resolved at this stage, then one of the Leadership Team will arrange a meeting to agree a resolution. Following this, a meeting will be held with the Head Teacher.

If after this process a resolution has not been agreed, the complaint will be handled by the Governing body.

If you wish to make a complaint about anything relating to the Education Authority, other than about the school, you should contact ’The Director of Learning’ who is based at County Hall North in Chichester. If you are still not satisfied or would like more details please refer to the County booklet, ‘Information for Parents’ which can be obtained from school.
